Josh received his bachelor’s degree at Westmont College in 2022, where he hit .383 with 79 hits, 13 doubles, and 10 HR, & 63 RBI in 58 games senior year. During the NAIA World Series Josh was 6 for 8 with a double and a HR. Josh was the first player in program history to make the NAIA World Series All-Tournament team.
In 2023 with the Alpine Cowboys professional team he hit .483 with 57 hits, 13 doubles, 7 HR, & 40 RBI in 28 games before being called up to the Lake Erie Crushers in Frontier League. In Lake Erie he hit .240 with 42 hits, 5 HR, & 32 RBI in 45 games.
Josh went back to Alpine for the 2024 season where he hit .453 with 58 hits, 11 doubles, 2 triples, 7 HR, & 50 RBI in 35 games. He was awarded Mountain Division Hitter of the Year 2024.
